• Fixed a bug in which edits in a landscape to Canopy Characteristics that used a modifier of 'multiple by' were incorrectly increasing the resultant value by a factor of 10.

• Fixed a bug preventing analysts from making Canopy Cover edits with a multiplier of less than 1.

UI Basics

• Adjusted the interface to ensure both Cost Estimator Spreadsheets are right hand justified consistently.

• Notes entered on the Create and Requests Analysis screen are now retained and viewable.

• Fixed a user time out issues; users should receive a prompt when their session has expired.

• The time zones listed on the Incident Info tab for Discovery Date/Time, Contained Date/Time, Controlled Date/Time, and Out Date/Time are Central Time.

508 Compliance & UI Standards

• Fonts updated to meet 508 compliance and style guide.

Analysis General

• The Weather Station Comparison table has been added to the Supporting Information accordion under the FSPro Weather tab that compares RAWS stations to aid in selection.

Chart and Image Integration

• FSPro Fire Size Histograms are available from the Run/Results tab in the Graph and Chart Outputs accordion for FSPro analysis that have results.

Cleanup

• Updated the error message users receive if trying to save the Organization and Complexity tab if not all required components are completed.

• Added "National" to the Geographic Area dropdown options for Geographic Area Editors.

• Calendar feature is fixed in place so users can easily scroll through months/years and also removed extra scrollbar.

Decision Approval/Assessment

• Added a progress bar for the Decision PDF generation.

• Approvers can view and download a Draft PDF of the Decision prior to approving by selecting the Approve button on the Decision Approval Assessment tab.

• Users will be shown an error message when trying to mark a decision Ready for Approval if it contains analysis that are expired and were included in the Decision.

• Users cannot un-toggle decision components marked Ready for Publication after an Approver has initiated the approval process by approving the Decision until the decision has been published. To make edits it must be Returned for Edits prior to Publication.

• Decision Approval workflow allows for multiple approvers and Return for Edits. If all Approvers have Approved the Decision, any Approver or a GAE can Publish the Decision.

• Users can now see the Approvers for the decision on the Decision Approval Assessment tab.

• The number of days between required assessments and the Decision Assessment and Approval Notes text box retain their values after publication of decisions.

• Decision Approvers appear on the Decision Approver Assessment with a date/timestamp that corresponds to when each approved the Decision.

• The system tracks stages of a decision status, i.e. pending, ready for approval, returned for edits, etc.

• Added Current Planning Area effective date.

• Connected the Decision Approval & Assessment tab to the Required Decision Elements checkboxes to ensure all required elements are complete prior to Decision Approval.

• Any incident collaborator can mark a decision Ready for Approval provided all the required Decision elements have been completed.

• Any Approver can select the Return for Edits button which allows decisions to be edited. The decision will need to be marked Ready for Approval again after edits have been completed before the Approvers can approve.

• Incident collaborators can view a checklist of required decision elements that will automatically check when each section is marked Ready for Publication with a corresponding date/timestamp on the Required Decision Elements accordion of the Decision Approval & Assessment tab.

Decision Publishing

• Draft and final PDFs of decisions contain the name of all approvers and the date/timestamp approved.

FSPro

• Improved the FSPro weather section by ensuring the time zone and time zone offset are saved.

Environment Setup

• Fixed an issue related to shape upload failure messages being too long and triggering other errors.

Firefighter Safety

• Firefighter Safety Tab was added to the stepper, however the content entered in this section is NOT yet a required element for the Decision and therefore the content will NOT appear in the Decision pdf.

IRWIN Writing

• The IRWIN environment connections have been updated in lower environments; WFDSS EDU is connected to IRWIN Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT).

Landscape Rules

• Updated the Landscape Edit rules to allow edits with two decimal places in the modifier value.

Legacy Data

• The search criteria for legacy Incidents (from WFDSS Classic) in the Reports tab are independent of each other.

• The search criteria for legacy incidents (from WFDSS Classic) on the Reports tab correspond to the Incidents in the legacy data repository. For example, Eastern and Western Great Basin are search options for Geographic Area because the legacy dataset contains incidents from those Geographic Areas even though they are no longer a valid Geographic Areas.

Map Layers

• Updated the URLs for data layer Protection Unit.

• Updated the URLs for data layers Alaska SDI and PCL 2025.

• Updated the URLs for Mines data layer.

PDF Generator

• The incident unique identification number displays on the cover page of draft and published decision PDFs.

UI Basics

• Updated the text that appears on the Organization & Complexity tab regarding the need for Relative Risk to be marked Ready for Publication prior to completing Organization & Complexity sections.

• Incidents on a user's My Home reflect current incident data for all fields except Strategic Decision Date, Assessment Due Date, IRWIN Estimated Cost to Date, and Incident Status (contained, controlled, out).

• When an integrated system is unavailable, an error message displaying the name of the integrated system displays to users.

WFDSS Initiated Incidents

• Editor Role and above can create incidents in EDU for training and testing purposes using the Create Incident Icon (WFDSS Symbol) on the Incident Tab. Created incidents must have a discovery date within the last 6 months, include a valid Unit ID, not be duplicative of a current unique fire ID already in EDU, and adhere to standard naming convention character limitations.

• Fixed a bug causing the ERC Classes and Stream data to not be retained after an FSPro status is changed from Review.

• Fixed a bug reading the Slope Class for RAWS stations properly.

• Fixed a bug preventing users from marking the Analysis Summary “Ready for Publication” when there were expired analyses that were not included in the decision.

• Fixed an issue in which an FSPro analysis showed as "Failed" if there was a network error while it was processing; the system will now retry to connect to the Fire Modeling Service Framework.

FSPro

• The default wind dates in FSPro were adjusted to 2 weeks prior to the start date and 4 weeks after the start date. Analysts can set the date range for any length of days.

• Fixed a bug that would revert the UI in the FSPro ERC Classes to default values from edited values for Burn Period, Spot Probability, and Ignition delay when a user left the analysis and returned.

IRWIN Writing

• Updated the IRWIN Observer Links in the Support Dashboard to the correct IRWIN environments.

Map Layers

• Ensured all the Snag Hazard data categories are current and reflected in the Firefighter Safety Chart.

Strategic Course of Action

• Added Suppression Strategy to the CSV Download on the Strategic Course of Action tab.

UI Basics

• Fixed an issue causing the Relative Risk to not populate in the Organization Assessment for users that do not open the Relative Risk prior to viewing the Organization Assessment.

• Fixed the Sort feature for "Include in Decision" on the Analysis tab.

• Added the word "Unit" to "Recommended Organization to better clarify it's the value the Unit recommends.

• Added validation to limit the digits allowed for a phone number in User Profile to 10.

• Updated the “Status” column under incidents listed in a user's My Home to reflect "Pending Development" until this feature is ready.

• Fixed an issue causing lower case text in CSV downloads from the Strategy tab.

Features/Improvements

508 Compliance & UI Standards

• Fixed an issue preventing proper screen reader functions with multiple buttons/selections in the application.

• Button text updated to reflect mixed case rather than all upper-case letters on most buttons.

Analysis Actions

• Copy analysis is available from the Existing Analysis page and the Run/Results tab under “Actions.” LCP details and edits copy with this feature but the LCP itself will need to be re-generated.

Chart and Image Integration

• Added Supporting Information accordion to the Weather Tab in FSPro that contains ERC and Winds charts/graphs.

• Added backend functionality to create and display ERC climatology data from the Fire Environment Mapping Service (FEMS).

• Fixed an issue in which fuel moisture values in the FSPro ERC Classes were not consistent; initially using 1300 observation values and subsequently displaying all hours observation values.

• Fixed a bug that labeled landscapes with having "No Rules" even when the landscapes did have edit rules applied on the Run/Results subtab of an Analysis.

• Fixed a bug that gave an Incident Editor a Red Error message when requesting an FSPro run.

• Fixed an issue causing the RAWS stations selected in one incident to pre-populate in a subsequent incident.

• Fixed an issue to ensure ERC Class values edited in the user interface are used in the modeling service.

• Fixed an issue in which an additional day was added to the start date of an FSPro analysis if a forecast was not used.

• Fixed an issue that prevented the RAWS station list for FSPro modeling from updating to the incident's location if an analyst navigated between incidents in one session.

• Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented the Wind data in an FSPro run from being retained.

• Fixed an issue in which the dates selected for FSPro Winds generation would default to the whole year after the user generated the Wind Matrix.

• Fixed an issue in which the Recommended Organization in the PDF decision did not always match the User Interface in the application.

• Fixed a bug that copied the verbiage and text entered into the Fuel Conditions text box of Relative Risk to the Infrastructure/Natural/Cultural Concerns text box in the PDF of the decision.

• Fixed an issue in which an unpaired quote in the language associated with Spatial Fire Planning Shapes caused corrupted decisions.

• Created deployment guide to document production build and deploy for EDU, OAT and PRD environments.

• Improvements were made to the Editor/Collaborator feature including incidents with decisions reflecting the correct collaborators and POC and ability to edit them.

• Removed the button for bulleted lists from text editor menu in decision content as it breaks the publishing of the decision PDF.

• Added a cancel button to a pop-up in case a user accidentally un-toggles "Ready For Publication”.

• Updated the Banner color for each environment; this aids users to differentiate the environments. Production is Charcoal, Education is Light Green, UAT is Black, QA is Dark Green, Dev is Purple.

User Roles

• Updated to prevent non-collaborator Editors from being able to edit the Relative Risk Assessment.

• Updated to prevent non collaborator Editors from being able to edit information on the Incident Info tab.
